What is Spinal Flow?

Hi from Julie!

How Often Will I Require Treatments?

Every person will have different requirements because every person is different!  Some people have immediate results, other people find that their recovery takes time.  Someone who has long-standing acute issues may tend to heal more slowly and require more frequent treatments initially.  As clients start to experience change and healing, the frequency of treatments reduces.

During a spinal flow session, clients say they feel relaxed and that they feel very connected to their bodies.  Some clients say the treatment sometimes feels like a deep meditation, others find the experience simply indescribable.

While one session can bring about change, having multiple sessions helps your body deal with deeper stress that’s hidden beneath the surface, and allows your body to become more familiar with the process, leading to a decrease in blockages and an increase the energy through the

whole system. Spinal Flow treatments are very safe and gentle.

Connect with your body’s innate healing intelligence to reset your nervous system and recover from pain, injuries, low energy, memory issues, digestive complaints, stress, depression, trauma and more and allow your body to heal.

Treatment

I would love to work together so you can start to feel free in your own body.

Consultation: I will begin with a thorough consultation, discussing your health history, concerns, and goals for the session as per the heath questionnaire supplied

  1. Assessment: I will perform a detailed assessment, evaluating your posture, mobility, and any areas of tension or discomfort.

  2. Spinal Flow: I will gently palpate your spine, identifying any blockages or areas of tension. Using light, targeted touch, I will work to release these blockages and restore the flow of communication within your nervous system.

  3. Re-assessment: Finally, I will reassess your posture, mobility, and overall well-being, discussing any improvements or changes I observe.

Preparation and Aftercare

To ensure that you receive the full benefits of your Spinal Flow Healing session, I recommend the following:

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment (Please no jeans)

  • Avoid heavy meals or caffeine for at least two hours before your session

  • Drink plenty of water to support your body’s detoxification processes

  • Refrain from vigorous exercise or hot baths for 24 hours after your session

  • You may feel terrible the next day, that is a good thing, getting rid of those toxins and body resetting.
